Amy Gartenberg joined ECMS-Inglewood as the Games and Movement Teacher in the Spring of 2018. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Education from Indiana University and is currently completing her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at Loyola Marymount University. Prior to joining ECMS-I, Amy was a teacher at a progressive, project-based school in Los Angeles for five years. She also has experience teaching health education abroad in New Zealand and leading adventure travel trips. Amy is excited be at a school that celebrates students’ unique ideas while helping them become agents of environmental change.
When Amy is not at ECMS-I, she loves traveling, eating ice cream, making Spotify playlists, visiting her family, and running.
